In der Ausgabe 9/2010 berichtet das Hotelfachmagazin "First Class" auf zwei Seiten über den Einsatz von Vectron-Kassensystemen im Drei-Sterne-Superior Ringberg Hotel in Suhl. Um das Controlling zu verbessern und die Effizienz im Service zu steigern wird dort seit Herbst 2009 eine gemischte Installation von stationären und mobilen Vectron-Kassensystemen eingesetzt. Laut Inhaber Wolfgang Kanig haben die neuen Systeme sich bereits jetzt bewährt. Den Gästen bietet das Hotel mehr Dienstleistung, der Umsatz konnte gesteigert und die Mitarbeiter entlastet werden.
