DEHOGA präsentiert zwei neue Broschüren mit wertvollen Anregungen für die Gastronomie

Mit Unterstützung des Initiativkreises Gastgewerbe, dem auch Vectron bereits seit vielen Jahren angehört, hat der Deutsche Hotel- und Gaststättenverband (DEHOGA) jetzt zwei neue nützliche Broschüren für Gastronomen herausgebracht. Der Leitfaden "Gute Gastgeber für Allergiker" sensibilisiert für das Thema, klärt auf und informiert über den richtigen Umgang mit Allergien in Gastronomie und Hotellerie. "Kleine Gäste ganz groß – Ideen und Tipps für kinderfreundliche Gastronomie" gibt viele nützliche Tipps und Anregungen rund ums Thema.
